Facility Use

St. Madeleine Sophie Catholic Church is primarily reserved for liturgical, sacramental, educational and program use.  We do, however, offer or facility to non-profit groups and to individuals for private events.  The facilities are never available to ‘for-profit’ causes, political parties or candidates for office.  Our desire is to make the reservation and use of facilities as easy and as just as possible while being good stewards of this community resource.

To reserve a room you must first check dates and times for availability.  Contact the Parish Office 425-747-6770 ext. 104 or email loretta@stmadsophie.org.  Facilities are available to non-parish groups on an space available basis.  Events must conclude by 10pm, usually run no longer than 8 hours (including setup/cleanup time), and usage must be approved by the Office Management.  After you have your event on the Parish Calendar, we have a facility use form for you to fill out to let us know the details of your event, and so that you can learn our procedures.
