Let us walk together with Peter, a man very much like most of us: proud, boastful, impetuous, imperfect, foolish, a sinner. Let us pray that he will lead us to Jesus, much as he did the first disciples during Jesus' life and after the Resurrection as the leader of the Church. May St. Peter, who often stumbled on his difficult journey, guide us to the Risen Lord.
Our speaker is Spiritual Director: Fr. James D. Thompson, O.P., a Dominican friar of the Western Dominican Province. His interests range from the history of scriptural interpretation to the writings of the Inklings to early Church Fathers to apologetics to historical linguistics and to the philosophy of mind. Oh yes, and brewing beer.
