Volunteering is the single best way to get to know St. Madeleine Sophie Parishioners.  We deeply appreciate our volunteers, and have many opportunities for you to join us!

Sunday Coffee & Donuts

Parish groups and parishioners take turns hosting coffee and donuts in the Koinonia Room after Sunday Masses.

Nursery

The Parish Nursery provides a safe and fun place for children under age 3 to play while their parents attend Sunday morning Mass.   Adults and teenage assistants join our nursery coordinator in providing childcare free of charge from mid-September through June.

Health Ministry

Volunteer parish Healthcare Professionals are available to take blood pressures and answer health questions on the third Sunday the month after each Mass.

Funeral Ministry

We need volunteers to set up for funeral receptions, and volunteers willing to provide food for funerals.

Welcoming Ministry

Parishioners greet newcomers in the Narthex after Mass and provide information about our Parish.

Youth Group

There are many ways parents can serve our Youth group:  Small group leader, cook, chaperone, event planning team, youth meeting leader, special meeting group leader, confirmation team group leader.  Please contact our Youth Minister, Ann LaBeck, 425-747-6774 ext. 123, or email ann@stmadsophie.org.  Read our Youth Group brochure.
