Good News People

We want to invite you to be part of an exciting new journey that we will begin in the Fall at St Madeleine Sophie. Good News People is a wonderful small group faith sharing program, based in Scripture, that will move us into the New Evangelization, called for by Popes Benedict and Francis.  It will engage your faith as you share in Scripture, prayer, spiritual practice and discussion.

The Good News People Program is two 7 week modules—-one this Fall (October), one in Lent 2016.

Are you in a group already? Marriage Renewal, Cursillo, Little Rock, Men’s & Women’s Spirituality, Mom’s group, Guilds, other groups?

You can stay with your group and be part of this program!  Pick someone to facilitate, or share the duties—-however it is what works best for you!  Facilitators need to register and receive the participant book, but additional facilitator materials are free to you!  Additionally, we will have a special session to train facilitators in September.

Are you new to the parish, or here for awhile but looking for a group to be part of?

You can be part of new groups that will form—-you can volunteer to be a facilitator, or join a group that already has one.Participant and Facilitator materials are available for preview after all the Masses this month.  You can stop by the table in the narthex, and someone will be there to answer your questions.
